How to choose a baby gift
Blue, pink or neutral
The store sorts its range into baby boy and baby girl baskets. When the news is still a secret, the Baby Gift Collection with Knit Booties pairs white knit booties with a plush bear, and the Baby Chocolates and Toys Set brings a wooden pull-along giraffe and a sleeper.
Remember the parents
The Blue Ribbon Baby Gift Basket sets espresso coffee and a mug beside a hooded towel and bodysuit, and the Luxury Baby Gift Basket and Essentials adds lavender bath bomb, body butter and hand cream to the baby's knitwear.
Useful beats ornamental
Sleepers, washcloths, bibs and diapers turn up in most of these baskets. For a smaller gift, the Elephant Plush Diaper Cake is a three-tier diaper cake topped with a plush elephant, $50.99.
What a bigger budget adds
Moving up the price ranges mostly adds blankets and knitwear: the Classic Baby Girl Gift Basket packs a cable-knit blanket, swaddle, hat, booties and romper into one wicker basket.
Check the ZIP code first
Same-day hand delivery is offered only in New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area. Elsewhere, count courier business days and put the ZIP code into the checker before you order.
A bottle is rarely part of it
Wine was in 3% of baby orders from Jan 2023 to Sep 2026 and sparkling wine in 2%, against 30% and 15% of all orders. If you do add one, the recipient has to be 21 or older and show photo ID.
A gift from the team
Companies sent 17% of baby orders from Jan 2023 to Sep 2026, against 34% of all orders from 2023 to 2025, so most baby gifts here come from family and friends. When a colleague goes on parental leave, a basket sent to their home address arrives where the baby is.
